Account deletion for Mirantly
• If you would like to delete your Mirantly account and associated data, please follow the steps below.
How to request deletion
• Option 1: In the app, go to Profile > Settings > Account > Delete Account, then follow the on-screen steps.
• Option 2: Email marketing@mirantly.com from the email address linked to your account and use the subject line “Account Deletion Request.”
• In your request, include your registered email address and any details that help us identify your account.
• For your security, we may ask you to verify your identity before we complete the request.
What will be deleted
• Once your deletion request is completed, we will delete or de-identify the personal data associated with your account, which may include your profile details, planner or checklist data, uploaded files or documents, saved preferences, notification settings, and account-linked support or communication history, as applicable to your use of the app.
What may be kept for a limited time
• Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, payment reconciliation, dispute resolution, backup recovery, or to comply with legal obligations. This retained data is limited to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.
How long it takes
• After your request is verified, account deletion requests are typically completed within14 days.
